S. Gobnata, (11. Febr.), Abtissin von Burneack (Bornicensis) in Irland, wo ihr Fest gefeiert wird. Aus ihrem Leben ist nichts Näheres bekannt, als daß sie im 7. Jahrh. lebte. Bei Menzel (Symb. I. 131) heißt sie Gobinate, und wird von ihr gesagt, daß Vienen ihre Feinde vertrieben haben. (II. 506)
