S. Hiera, V. (10. Nov.) So wird nach Migne (Iconogr.) auch die hl. Jungfrau Theoctiste (s. d.) genannt. [Der Name stammt vom Griech. ερός = heilig, gottgeweiht etc., welche Bedeutung auf mehrere der nachfolgenden Namen Anwendung findet.]
