Men. stammte sie von vornehmen Eltern aus Cordova, war in der lateinischen, griechischen und hebräischen Sprache bewandert, hatte auch viele theologische Kenntnisse, entsagte aber allem Reichthum, wurde Clarissin, durchwanderte in Armuth ganz Italien und baute mehrere Armenhäuser. Sie starb i. J. 1605. (I. 359.)
