772Johannes Pak, (3. Sept.), der Sohn einer Wasserträgerin, war Verfertiger von Strohschuhen und wurde zugleich mit seinem Weibe verhaftet. Seinem Vater war schon im J. 1801 der Martertod zu Theil geworden, und er selbst machte seinem Vater Ehre durch den nämlichen Tod eines christlichen Martyrers, den er nach vielen Torturen in Korea am 3. September 1839 empfangen hatte. (Wm. S. 56.)
