S. Livarius, (25. Nov.), auch Libarius, franz. St-Livier, nach Migne ein Martyrer in Lothringen, welcher gegen das Ende des 6. Jahrh. von den Hunnen zwischen Dieuze und Marsal im Dep. Meurthe in der Nähe der letzteren Stadt getödtet wurde. Im Elenchus steht er mit dem Beisatze: »Zu Metz«. Er hatte einmal eine Kapelle an dem Orte seines Martyriums. (Mg.)
