Nuntia (1. Nov.), eine fromme Wittwe aus dem dritten Orden des heil. Franz von Assisi, wahrscheinlich aus Sicilien, starb gottselig zu Rom im J. 1596, wo sie nach einer Wallfahrt zu der Mutter Gottes in Loreto in freiwilliger Armuth lebte und fast ununterbrochen in der St. Peterskirche betend zubrachte. Sie wird bei Born u. A. zu den »Seligen« gezählt.
