Remigius aus dem Kloster Gregorienthal im Elsaß hervorgezogen und auf den bischöflichen Stuhl erhoben; mit Fleiß und heiligem Eifer stand er 9 Jahre lang dem Bisthum vor und starb i. J. 812. (Buc.)
