S. Roc-Amator (26. Aug.), Einsiedler. S. S. Amator6. Wir fügen hier zur Ergänzung bei, daß die Felsenhöhle, welche er bewohnt haben soll, in der Landschaft Quercy (Dep. Lot) liegt und jetzt noch den Namen des Einsiedlers trägt. Seine Reliquien wurden das erste Mal i. J. 1562 durch die Calvinisten, i. J. 1793 aber durch die Jacobiner verunehrt und zerstreut. Von den frühern Heiligthümern sind z. Z. nur mehr zwei beinahe leere Reliquiarien vorhanden.
