1Uda (Oda), (20. Apr.), eine Jungfrau in Belgien, steht bei Miräus mit dem Titel »selig.« Ihre Eltern Wibert und Thescelina waren im Hennegau begütert. Sie erwählte sich den lieben Heiland zum Bräutigam und verstümmelte sich selbst, um nicht zur Ehe gezwungen zu werden, die Nase. Dann trat sie in ein längst eingegangenes Kloster der Prämonstratenserinnen, in welchem sie im J. 1158 als Priorin starb. Bei den Boll. wird eine gottselige Frau d. N., welche nach einer Erzählung des Cäsarius von Heisterbach die heilige Communion aus den Händen Christi empfangen, und um das J. 1220 gelebt haben soll, zum nämlichen Tage unter den Uebergangenen genannt.
