S. Auxanus, (3. Sept.), ein Bischof von Mailand (nach Papebroch der 30ste), der zur Zeit der Belagerung dieser Stadt durch den Longobardenkönig Alboin die Kirche regierte und im Jahre 668 starb, nachdem er nur zwei Jahre und einige Monate derselben vorgestanden. Sein Name steht am 3. Sept. auch im Mart. Rom.
