35S. Victor, Diac. Conf. (6. März). Dieser Heilige bekleidete das Amt eines Diacons an der bischöflichen Kirche seiner Vaterstadt Piacenza. Da ihn der heilige Bischof Maurus28 ordinirt hat, ist sein Zeitalter in die erste Hälfte des 5. Jahrh. zu setzen. Er erreichte nicht viele Jahre, erwarb sich aber so viele Verdienste, daß männiglich seinen Wandel und Berufstreue bewunderte. Die Boll. setzen sein seliges Ende ins J. 444. Seine Ruhestätte erhielt er anfänglich außerhalb der Stadt; im J. 903 wurde er in der Krypta von St. Sabinus beigesetzt. (J. 429.)
