S. Breaca, (18. Febr.), eine Jungfrau in Irland, nahm den Schleier unter der hl. Brigitta, die ihr ein abgesondertes Bethaus und dann ein Kloster an dem unter dem Namen Field of Breaca bekannten Orte erbaute. Von da ging sie später in die Provinz Cornwale, und hielt sich in dem Bezirke der Pfarrei Pembro auf, die nachher von ihr den Namen St Banka erhielt. Sie starb um die Mitte des 6. Jahrhunderts.
