S. Aelfleda (Elfleda), Vid. (11. Nov.) Die hl. Aelfleda war eine Tochter Königs Alfred in England und Klosterfrau im Kloster Gladston in England. Sie war mit Aethelred, dem Sohne des Königs der Mercier, verheirathet, verließ aber nach seinem Tode die Welt und nahm in einem Kloster das Ordenskleid. Sie starb im Jahre 930. (El., Buc.)
