Euphrosynus, S. (3)

3S. Euphrosynus, (1. Mai), ein Bischof aus Pamphilien, machte eine Reise nach Rom, kam auf seiner Rückkehr nach Hetrurien, predigte zu Panzano das Evangelium und heilte viele Kranke. Als er seinen Tod voraussah, bezeichnete er die Stätte, wo man ihn begraben sollte, auf welcher auch eine Kirche erbaut und unter seinen Schutz gestellt wurde. (I. 139.)
