S. Firmanus, Abb. (11. März). Dieser Heilige war Abt im Kloster St. Savin in der Mark Ancona. Theodorich von Cassino hat sein Leben beschrieben, welche Beschreibung aber leider verloren gegangen ist. Wegen der Wunder, die ihn verherrlichten, ward sein Leib auf dem Altare den Gläubigen zur Verehrung ausgesetzt. Er starb um das J. 1020. (Lech.)
