4B. Francisca de Cumis, (4. Juni), eine gottselige Jungfrau aus dem Serviten-Orden zu Mantua, von 1482–1495. Im J. 1496 fand man ihren Leichnam noch unversehrt und eine frisch grünende Lilie in ihrer Hand. Wegen der vielen durch ihre Fürbitte geschehenen Wunder wurden ihre Reliquien im J. 1557 mit aller Feierlichkeit aus einem hölzernen in einen marmornen Sarg gelegt. Sie scheint nicht in Mantua, sondern zu Como im Mailändischen geboren zu seyn, daher wohl ihr Beiname da Como, de Cumis. (I. 415.)
